"Passerby" is the first single from the soon to be released Grinspoon album Black Rabbits. Produced by Dave Schiffman, (Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Weezer) this single has a big, sharp sound that oozes L.A. style and sass. Already on high rotation on non-commercial radio stations this is but an exciting bite-sized portion of what's still to come when the LP is out September 28th.
Phil Jamieson (vocals) explains that the album is not about making a big statement nor is it about dealing with the important issues in the world, but it is about making a big sound which, I guess, is what Grinspoon's always been about.
